Ingredients:
- Mutton Ribs
- Yogurt
- Vegetable Oil
- Salt
- Anti-caking Agent
- Lemon Juice
- Vinegar
- Herbs
- Spices

Storage:
Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use within 24 hours and do not exceed the use-by date. For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use-by date. Once frozen, consume within 3 months. Once defrosted, use the same day. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
Cooking Instructions:
- Oven cook from chilled.
- If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking.
- Before cooking, preheat oven.
- Remove all packaging.
- Place Lamb Ribs on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven.
- During cooking, cook from chilled at 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5 for 30 minutes.
- Turn halfway through cooking.
- After cooking, check food is piping hot.
