Ingredients:

• Chicken (89%)
• Salt
• Lemon Juice
• Herbs
• Spices
• Pepper
• Onions
• Green Chilli
• Red Chilli
• Yellow Chilli

Storage:

• Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use within 24 hours and do not exceed the use-by date.
• For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use-by date. Once frozen, consume within 3 months. Once defrosted, use the same day. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Cooking Instructions:

1. Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking.
2. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place stir fry on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven.
3. During cooking: Cook from chilled at 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5 for 30 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking.
4. After cooking: Ensure food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary; this is a guide only.
